I'm a nurse who has developed a pretty keen interest in holistic wellbeing and to one day be able to integrate alternative, holistic healing methods with modern medicine, would be incredible.

I'm an avid lover of community and connection, and my goal with this blog is to grow a tribe of likeminded individuals who are also on a holistic, wellbeing journey.
